'Turners Buoy (Helvoetsluys)' and was made in response to the exhibition at the Tate Britain opening Sep 2009, 'Turner and The Masters.' The film repeats Turners famous performance during vanishing day at The Royal Academy in 1832, when Turner entered the room, silently painted a red dot onto his painting 'Helvoetsluys' and left, out doing Constable’s extravagantly colourful painting 'The Opening of Waterloo Bridge,' which hung beside it.
